The production process is conducted by a well-qualified team of professionals. It consists of transforming the raw material into frozen product by a number of manual and/or mechanized operations – sorting, calibrating, cutting, destoning, peeling, blanching, cooling, freezing, packing and metal detecting. The entire process is  held in conditions according to ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, IFS and BRC standards. The correct functioning of the Quality Management System is ensured by regular internal audits and third-party audits as well as by the continuous training of all personnel in the good hygiene and sanitation practices and food safety.

The Company operates mainly with domestic raw materials on the base of contracting with Approved Suppliers as well as from its plantations. In order to ensure traceability along the chain “raw material – finished product “ we carefully inspect the plantations of our suppliers and follow strictly the quality of the incoming raw materials. Due to the correctness throughout the years we succeeded to create a net of reliable suppliers of high-quality raw materials.

The corresponding quality of the raw materials is verified just from the beginning of the production process until the end by series of laboratory checks done in accredited external domestic and foreign labs in full compliance with all applicable domestic and European regulation in hygiene and food safety. The strict quality control is also maintained via own internal laboratory equipped to ensure continuous inspection along every phase of the production process.
